Lonely Crowd’s story goes back to 1995, and includes musicians with a background from bands like Vampire State Building, De Press and Holy Toy. The band members earlier works are no match for what they’ve created with Lonely Crowd. In their earlier bands, they experimented with form, but with Lonely Crowd they concentrate around the musical substance. The bands sound follows in the footstep of David Sylvian, Porcupine Tree, Seigmen and Bauhaus, but this namedropping is just a small hint on what you can expect from the band. The music is just hard to describe – so listen to it!

LONELY CROWD IN THE NORWEGIAN NATIONAL CHARTS

Lonely Crowd's latest single, "Aren't You Forgetting Something?", has done very well this summer, and last week it reached 18th place on the main national charts in Norway's biggest newspaper, VG. It also reached 7th place on the Norwegian sales chart. This resulted in an interview in VG yesterday.
News about their forthcoming album, "The End Of The Roadie" will come shortly.
